Compound exhaust valve body is cylindrical, and the valve internals include stainless steel float ball,lever and valve disc. The valve is installed in the pump outlet and the high point of the water distribution line, used to remove the air in the pipe; When the pipeline produces negative pressure, it quickly inhales outside air to avoid the pipeline being damaged by air pressure.
The compound exhaust valve has two holes, one large and one small. The large hole is basically the same as the diameter hole. When the pipe is first filled with water, a large amount of gas is discharged outward, and these gases are discharged from the large hole.
When the gas is exhausted, the large hole stops exhausting, and when the pipeline is operating normally, negative pressure will naturally be generated in the pipe. A large amount of air is needed in the pipe, and the float descends with the water, opening the small hole to drive the large hole, allowing a large amount of gas to enter ,ensure the safety of the pipeline.

▪Aero kinetic mechanism to resist bio-shut under higher air velocity even up to sonic velocity of air.
▪ For the potential water hammer location or transmission pipeline,we should use anti-shock combination air valve to prevent from damage or impact of severe water hammer.
▪ Anti-shock device is installed on top of bonnet, it will slow down the exhausting air flow out during filling to prevent hammer impact ,whenever vacuum happen. The device will drop and let large air into the pipeline.
▪ No arms or levers to prevent vibrating, bending, direct closure of the float.
▪ Smooth cage outside the float, keep float moving in specified guide rail.
▪ Bottom rubber buffer for collision prevention, and drain easy with proper holes around the cage during vacuum.
▪Outside screen will be an option for safety and prevent insects or birds in.
▪ Fully fusion epoxy coated inside and outside of valve body for long term services.
