Silent Check Valve is an automatic valve mainly used to prevent medium back flow,reduce noise and water hammer effect.The silent check valve opens in the direction of medium flow through a spring loaded disc and closes quickly when the medium flows in the reverse direction, thus preventing the medium from flowing back and reducing noise and water hammer effects.
Silent check valves are widely used in water supply, drainage, fire protection, heating systems and industrial piping systems, especially in the sensitive to noise or require high efficiency situations.
