Wafer Check Valve is a compact and lightweight check valve. It usually consists of a thin disc-shaped valve and two flanges.The disc check valve controls the one-way flow of fluid by opening and closing the valve disc.
When the upstream pressure is higher than the downstream pressure, the valve disc opens; when the downstream pressure is higher than the upstream pressure, the valve disc closes to prevent the fluid from flowing back. This design enables it to operate efficiently even at low pressure differences.
This check valve size is wide, usually between 2 inches and 24 inches, and larger sizes can be customized according to needs. It is widely used in water supply systems, chemical industry, petroleum industry and other fields.
