Under the clear autumn skies and vibrant colors of autumn foliage, WESDUN Company organized a unique team building activity for all employees on November 11th at the Kaifeng Wansui Mountain Martial Arts City. The event aimed to enrich employees’ cultural life and enhance team cohesion and collaboration. Participants temporarily escaped their busy work schedules, relaxing and enjoying time in the ancient and charming world of martial arts.
The journey was filled with laughter and chatter as everyone discussed work and life, instantly bridging the gap that had been somewhat created by their busy schedules. Upon entering the scenic area, the rich atmosphere of martial arts immediately enveloped them. The ancient city gates, fluttering banners, and actors in period costumes transported them to the martial arts world of the Song Dynasty. The company meticulously planned the tour route, covering the core attractions while allowing ample free time for everyone to explore according to their interests.
The spectacular live performance was undoubtedly a highlight of the event. Classic plays such as “The Legend of Yue Fei” and “Three Attacks on the Zhu Family Village” were performed in turn. The actors’ superb acting skills, realistic set design, and stunning special effects immersed everyone in the experience. Each exciting moment was met with applause and cheers.
During the free time, everyone enjoyed themselves. Some employees explored the scenic area’s unique attractions, playing games like pitch-pot; others strolled through the quaint streets and alleys, sampling local delicacies like Kaifeng soup dumplings and stir-fried mung bean noodles, experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of the ancient city; still others gathered in small groups to take photos in scenic spots, capturing smiling group pictures. Whether enjoying thrilling activities or leisurely walks, everyone was immersed in a joyful atmosphere, and friendships grew stronger amidst laughter and conversation.
As the team-building activity drew to a close, everyone embarked on their journey home, filled with a sense of accomplishment and reluctance to leave. This team-building activity at Kaifeng Wansui Mountain not only allowed employees to fully relax after their busy work schedules, but also enhanced communication and collaboration among them, strengthening team cohesion and unity.
