On February 6th, WESDUN Group held its annual meeting successfully. All employees gathered together. We reviewed the group’s past experience. We also looked forward to the future.We shared warm and happy moments too. The event was full of laughter and friendship. It clearly showed the group’s cohesion. Warm-up Activity: Pitch Pot Fosters Camaraderie
Before the meeting officially started, a warm-up game was held. It was a fun Pitch Pot (Touhu) game to warm the atmosphere. Pitch Pot is a traditional Chinese game. Participants throw arrow-shaped sticks into a pot. People should stand at a certain distance while throwing. This game worked very well. It quickly brought our colleagues closer. It relieved everyone’s usual work pressure. The venue was filled with happy laughter and cheers. Everyone joined the game actively. We cheered for each other’s success. This laid a lively, harmonious foundation for the meeting.
Leaders’ Remarks: Review Achievements, Chart the Future
After the warm-up game, the meeting officially started. First, the Group Chairman took the stage. Executives from each branch followed him. They took turns giving speeches. In their speeches, they reviewed last year’s achievements. They sincerely thanked all employees. They thanked them for their hard work and dedication. They also shared the group’s future plans. The plans included development and strategic goals. Their words were sincere and inspiring. They boosted all employees’ morale. After the speeches, the highlight session began. It was the employee performance session. All performances were carefully prepared by employees. There were many forms of performances. Performances included singing, dancing and sketches. Each performance was full of passion and creativity. It showed employees’ versatile and positive side. To add fun, small activities were held between performances. They were interactive games and lucky draws. Each lucky draw aroused warm applause and cheers. The venue stayed full of joy all the time.
Perfect Closing: Group Photo & Warm Dinner
When the performances ended, the meeting drew to a close. It ended with a group photo and a warm dinner. All people gathered closely to take a group photo. We recorded those precious moments of unity and friendship. At the dinner table, everyone chatted freely. We exchanged work experience and life insights. All people enjoyed delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone felt the warmth of the WESDUN family. From start to finish, the meeting was warm and harmonious.
